Recruitment – Project Assistant
The Hong Kong Shine Tak Foundation is inviting applications for the position of Project Assistant to support our activities and daily project management work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project teammates in preparing and executing various activities (e.g. award ceremonies, seminars, study tours, and banquets)
Handle procurement, management, and organization of event materials to ensure smooth operations
Compile registration data and participant lists; manage mass mailings
Assist in the design and printing of event materials (certificates, name tags, labels, etc.)
Organize and archive event receipts; assist in verifying project expenditures
Provide daily clerical and administrative support (photocopying, filing, etc.)
Support general office administration and daily operations
Travel to Mainland China or other locations as required by projects
Work on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays during peak project periods or major events
