Since 2015, the Shin Tak Foundation has hosted its flagship event, the Shin Tak Charity Hike for Millions, to raise funds for the Shan Tak Youth Science and Care Development Program. The event also invites the public to enjoy interactive performances and a unique hiking experience.

Purpose
The Shin Tak Charity Hike for Millions is an annual fundraising event in support of the Shan Tak Youth Science and Care Development Program. It aims to inspire Hong Kong’s young people to embrace the principle of “Compassion as the foundation, technology as the tool.” The initiative encourages youth to explore the world of science and technology with empathy, adopt perspective-shifting thinking to better understand diverse communities, and apply innovative solutions to improve lives and give back to society.
1️⃣ Aerospace Technology Study Tour
Fully sponsored trips for 100 secondary students to Beijing and Xi’an, offering rare access to China’s core aerospace facilities. The experience broadens global horizons and supports career exploration.
2️⃣ Smart City Forum
Renowned tech leaders are invited to share insights across various innovation fields with students. The forum encourages youth to explore emerging technologies and adopt perspective-shifting thinking.
3️⃣ Greater Bay Area Study Camp
A group of 60 students visits leading enterprises in Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Huizhou. Through on-site factory tours, participants gain firsthand understanding of the region’s industrial development.
