Hosted by the Crime Wing of the Hong Kong Police Force, this major event is taken place on 18-19 October at the West Kowloon Cultural District. 2024 Hong Kong School Drama Invitational on Scam Awareness

2024 Hong Kong Inter-school Anti-Scam Drama Competition Sponsored by the Shin Tak Foundation and organized by the Hong Kong Police (New Territories South), this program allowed local students to bring up the anti-scam awareness through their creative drama. By writing and performing their original scripts, students deepen their understanding of legal and ethical values while spreading anti-scam messages to their peers, families, and communities....

Territory-wide Inter-school National Security Knowledge Challenge

To help students better understand national security and related laws including the Constitution, the Basic Law, the Hong Kong National Security Law and the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance, the Department of Justice, Security Bureau, Education Bureau and Shan Tak Foundation will co-organize this activity and to encourage school-wide participation and supports key dates like Constitution Day (Dec 4) and National Security Education Day (Apr 15), building awareness and a shared sense of responsibility among youth.

National Security Education Study Tour

In 2024, the Shun Tak Fraternal Association was invited as a special partner for the second National Security Education Study Tour, organized by the Hong Kong SAR Government. The tour helped students and teachers learn more about national security, China’s history and culture, and its latest achievements. It encouraged everyone to care about national safety and work together to build a better Hong Kong and contribute to our country. During the visit, the group was warmly received by Mr. Nong Rong, Deputy Director of the Central Government’s Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office.We visited museums, cultural sites, and tech companies and had meaningful exchanges with local students. These experiences helped participants feel proud of their country and understand why national security matters....

Teacher Development Forum and Survey Initiative

In 2024, the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area marks its 5th anniversary. As regional integration continues to deepen, it has opened up boundless opportunities for Hong Kong students in both further education and career development. Shin Tak Foundation sponsored and conducted the “Greater Bay Area Career and Life Planning Education Development Survey for Hong Kong Students” and the “Greater Bay Area Career and Life Planning Education Development Survey for Teachers.”

Discovering National Security with Giant Panda

With the implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law and the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance in March 2024, Hong Kong has entered a new chapter in promoting legal awareness and civic responsibility. To help deepen public understanding of the related laws, Shin Tak Foundation introduced a meaningful trip “Discovering National Security with Giant Panda” to the public.

Since 2021, the Shin Tak Foundation has launched the “Little Elites” early childhood education series to nurture patriotism and positive values among kindergarten students from a young age. The series includes multiple books and tabletop games designed to align with the kindergarten curriculum. These materials support flexible use inside and outside the classroom, helping teachers strengthen students’ sense of national identity and pride.
